How does it work?

Our teams operate with an agile, transparent cadence that keeps you in control while we do the heavy lifting.

Kickoff and planning

Before a project starts, we run a workshop with your stakeholders to refine requirements and success metrics. We produce a short Project Charter: outlining scope, constraints (e.g. compliance requirements), and a precise action plan.

Sprint rhythm

We typically work in 2-week sprints. Each sprint begins with you approving a sprint plan (tasks and deliverables) and ends with a review/demo. You’ll see tangible progress every sprint, whether it’s a working ML model on sample data or a UI demo.

Communication & transparency

Daily stand-ups internally, biweekly check-ins with you. Depending on your preference, the communication can be conducted via our internal platforms or biweekly progress reports and retrospectives send to your directly via email.

Quality and evals

Code is peer-reviewed, and every model is evaluated against hold-out data with clear metrics. We also incorporate guardrails, for example, bias checks on models or fail-safes on automated decisions – to ensure the AI is trustworthy and compliant.

Change management

Introducing AI can mean change for your organization, so we work with your team to pilot new features safely. We schedule “change windows” for any significant updates, aligning with your IT policies to minimize disruption.

Handoff & continuity

We prepare admin manuals, runbooks, and conduct training sessions for whoever will maintain the system. Our goal is that the AI solution continues delivering value long after the work is done, whether through your internal team or with our periodic support.
